Before beginning your return, please review our refunds policyIf your item is damaged or defective, you will need to contact our support team at support@handheldlegend.com for authorization to begin the return process. Please provide support with any images/videos as proof of damage or defect. Troubleshooting an item may be required.


International Customers: If you need to return a product that is new and unused, it is up to you to cover the return shipping costs. The portal is not available for international returns. Same rules for defective/damaged items applies as seen in our refunds policy.


To begin a return, login to your account on our website. Your account will be under the email you placed the order with:


Click login and a 'Customer Login' window will pop up for you to enter in your information. Once you are logged in, you can locate the order with the item(s) you need to return on your orders page. Click on the order with the item(s) you need to return and click 'Request Return':


On the returns request page, you are able to select and deselect items as needed. Make sure to click the check box of only the items you wish to return. Select a reason and please leave a detailed note letting us know why you are requesting this return. For returns of new, unused items, a one-time return shipping fee of $8.99 will apply. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling your return. The fee will be deducted from your return refund. Fee does not apply if our support team has determined your product is damaged or defective. Once you have completed all these steps, you can click 'Request Return':


You will be redirected back to the order page, which will indicate a return has begun. An email will be sent to you as confirmation of this return process as well. Once approved, you will receive an email indicating the return has approved, with a follow up email with a prepaid return label. If you do not receive an email with a return label, please reach out to us at support@handheldlegend.com.


Returns are processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every week. Once received and inspected, if your item(s) qualify for return, as per our policy, we will process the refund. Depending on your bank, please allow 1 to 7 business days for that refund to go through.
