Fraudulent Orders
Our online store is equipped with the necessary technology to detect fraudulent orders. An order will be marked as fraudulent if it meets a combination of several factors. In this case, the order will be automatically canceled by our shop app and you will be refunded. This may be an inconvenience, but it is in place for the protection of many people who are victims of fraud.
If you believe your order was not fraudulent and would like to re-order it, please do so. We suggest using a different payment method than what you have previously used. Make sure all of your information is completely correct to avoid any future fraudulent orders.
Tracking Label Canceled
If you have opened up your tracking number through USPS and you see this update:
Your order has NOT been canceled! This update means that the shipping department had to void your original shipping label. Your package is still on it's way to you but has been assigned a new tracking number. Please contact us at support@handheldlegend.com to receive this information.
