Was your package marked as delivered but you are not in possession of it? Orders that have been marked as "delivered," "delivery attempted," or other phrases with the same meaning are unfortunately considered complete. They will not be eligible for refunds or replacements, as per our shipping policy. This is also true for packages that have been stolen.
If you have Navidium Shipping Insurance on your order, please scroll down to the 'Navidium Shipping Insurance' section for further instructions.
Anyone can state that their package has not been delivered or stolen, even if it has. The majority of our customers are trustworthy, but some are not. Tracking information is the only way we can ensure receipt of our shipments.
What now?
Often times packages will be marked as delivered but actually arrive within several days of this update. This is due to several reasons. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. It simply may have been marked as "delivered" by accident. If more than two business days have passed, please contact your local post office.
If you have any security footage available to you, please review it for possible theft. If a theft has occurred, please file a police report with your local authorities. For future deliveries, make arrangements to be present for your delivery or provide a secure place to deliver the package.
