Bulk Discounts Not Applying in Cart Pop-up or Checkout
Due to limitations with website coding, you may note in the cart pop-up that orders with bulk items do not have the correct subtotal reflected on the yellow "Protected Checkout" button:
Please disregard this as once you get to checkout, the correct amount should be reflected. If it is not, please proceed with the troubleshooting options below.
If you are having trouble getting the bulk discount to apply at checkout, you may just need to clear the cookies on your browser or try an incognito window. Sometimes clearing your cookies from general settings does not resolve this issue. Please locate either a 'lock' or 'gear' symbol next to our website address in the address bar. Click on this symbol and you should be able to clear out the cookies for our website from here.
