Most of the time, USPS does an amazing job scanning the many packages we give them every day. However, issues can occur, whether they are computer or human error. It's also somewhat common for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind. This allows them to move packages quicker since more scanning means a longer processing time.
If you see this message:
Generally, this update indicates that your order has been fulfilled for shipment with a shipping label created. It is awaiting the USPS to come pick up our shipments for the day. If it has been more than two business days since you received your shipping confirmation email and you still see this message, rest assured that the package is still on its way to you! Unfortunately, your package was likely overlooked during the initial scanning process. Updates should appear right around the time of delivery. Depending on the method you choose, pending any delays, packages will arrive within 7 business days.

This update means that the shipping department had to void your original shipping label. Your package is still on its way to you but has been assigned a new tracking number. Please contact us at support@handheldlegend.com to receive this information.
