Are you using the Route App to track your current order with us and the only update you see on your order is this?
While the Route App is a valuable tool, it does not always update package tracking as it should. To make sure your package is on its way to you, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email:
To find this number in the email, click on "View your Order". Then you will be redirected to our website where you will see your tracking number for this order:
You can click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to your shipping companies web page. Here you can view your shipments status and any tracking updates.
