For all orders, especially with international shipments, the Parcels App Website or their mobile app is a great resource to track your package. This app gives a more detailed status regarding your shipment. Simply enter in the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and click 'Track Package':
International orders can often have two tracking numbers. The original tracking number is the first number assigned to your shipment from our origin country, The United States.
Once the package has cleared U.S. customs and has begun making its way to your country, it may get assigned a second tracking number that will then contain the updates necessary to follow the packages status. Sometimes only this second tracking number has the most current updates - please check both if your original tracking number is not showing a current update.
