Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After this initial message, once your order is packed up and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email:

Click on 'View your Order' and you will be redirected to our website where you will see your tracking number is now available on the 'Thank You' page:

You can click directly on the tracking number and you will be redirected to your shipping companies web page to view your shipment status. 

You can also view your orders status by visiting our website directly and logging into your account. Once you are logged in, you will see your orders listed and click on the order you want to track. On this page you will see the tracking number:

From here, you can click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to the shipping companies website for the latest tracking updates.


After the initial shipping confirmation email seen at the top of this article, the next email notification you will receive is when your order is out for delivery. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive another email confirming its delivery. These messages will come to the email address you used to create the order or your HHL accounts email. If you are unable to locate these emails, please check your spam folder.

For constant tracking updates, please use either the Route App or Shop App.
