Unfortunately, not every order makes it to its intended destination. A variety of reasons may stand between you and your package including, theft, strike, natural disasters, damage, unpaid taxes/customs fees, etc.
Fortunately, we do offer Shipping Protection provided by Navidium. For a minimal cost, you can have peace of mind that if your package is damaged, loss, or delivered by the carrier, but not received, it will be covered. Review the Guidelines to see what is covered and when.
Navidium is an optional add on at checkout. If you would like to add Navidium to your order, check the box and click on the yellow box that says, "Protected Checkout". If you would like to opt out of Navidium at checkout, check the box and click on "Checkout without protection". By opting out of Navidium, you acknowledge that Hand Held Legend is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. Refunds/replacements will not be provided in this scenario.
