Earn reward points with your purchases!
We are pleased to introduce our new Reward Points program! Every dollar you spend with us will earn you ten points. Accumulate these points to unlock rewards, such as free shipping, 10% off discount codes, free HHL swag, and more.
To make the most of your rewards, please ensure you are logged into your account each time you make a purchase. This allows you to both earn points and redeem them for rewards. Thank you for choosing us for your modding and gaming needs. We look forward to rewarding your loyalty through our Reward Points program!
Where do I find my points and how do I redeem my rewards?
When you go onto our website, you will see an icon shaped as a person on the upper right hand side. If you are already logged in, you will just see that shape. If you need to login, you will see 'Login' next to this icon:
If you are not already logged in, a prompt will appear where you can enter in your login information. Click 'Sign In' and you will then be taken to your order history page.
Once you are on your 'Orders' page, click on the drop down on the upper right hand side with your initials on it. This will open a few menu options. Click on 'Profile':
You will be redirected to your profile page with your contact information, address(s), and all of your rewards program information. You can view your available points, points history, coupons redeemed, and rewards referral program here.
To view more ways to earn rewards points, click on our logo or 'Shop' at the top of the page on the upper left hand side. After you have been redirected to our homepage, click on the three white lines located here:
Then in the drop down menu that appears, scroll to the bottom to the 'Resources' tab. Open this section, and then click on 'Rewards':
You will be redirected to the 'Rewards' page that has all the necessary information such as your points balance, how the rewards program works, ways to earn points, how to redeem rewards, and frequently asked questions. Scroll down on this page to view each section.
When you have enough points for a reward, scroll to the 'Ways to Redeem' section in this area of our website or the 'Redeem Points' section in your profile:
Locate and/or click the reward you would like to redeem and proceed with the prompt given to complete your redemption:
Free Item Rewards
If you have redeemed a reward for a free item such as a T-Shirt or keychain, you will need to add the item - with your correct size if applicable - to your cart to redeem the reward. Once at checkout, enter in your reward coupon code and this should cover 100% of the cost for the item.
I have my coupon code already. How do I enter it for redemption?
To redeem your reward code, navigate to checkout. You will see an area to add your reward code here:
The free shipping coupon is only redeemable for domestic shipments via USPS Ground Advantage (the basic shipping method). If you are an international customer and have redeemed this coupon and are unable to use it on an international order, please message support@handheldlegend.com so we can refund your rewards points to your account.
